The Comprehensive Plan is used to guide townships in decision making and land use. The Comprehensive Plan is a key piece to preserving our township. It needs to be respected and recognized in zoning / ordinance development. Click here to view our comprehensive plan.

This letter was sent by Rev Renewables attorney detailing what they thought should be changed in our ordinance. This is important to share to understand how the original ordinance was changed.

This is the map of the current solar overlay. It was recommended to the supervisors at the 11/17 meeting.The solar overlay includes parcels that have any amount of mining history. This means that parcels that have hundreds of acres of virgin agricultural land with only a handful of mined acres are still included in the solar overlay.

Recommended to the supervisors on 11/13. The changes are in blue.
